Portland Getaway

In February Dan and I got away for a quick overnight stay in Portland. We had a great time walking around the city, eating fabulous food, joking and laughing, and just being together after the crazy quarter Dan was in the midst of. We had beautiful weather with the mountains out in full view. We look forward to our return to this fun city!!

From Rufus to Beavis

So I'm a bit behind in my posting. On Super bowl Sunday we headed to Dan's MBA teammates home to watch the game on the big screen. So there was a theme for the evening...a Giant TV, the Giants winning the Super bowl, and Giant Beavis the dog who loves to cuddle and lick...and lick...and steal your food. He's 100lbs of friendly puppy love. Rufus thought we had been cheating on him when we arrived home.

Carrie turns 31!

On January 5th (the night before the official B-day) we helped Carrie celebrate her 31st Birthday with a group of friends at the Purple Cafe in Woodinville. After a yummy dinner we headed back to the Mitchell house for the traditional Suzy Zoo Fuller's Cake (always a hit). It was a great evening! We enjoyed seeing little Bella too (pictured above).
