The first weekend of Dan's Spring Break we spent a lovely day in Edmonds. While only 20 minutes from our home, it felt like we were on a mini day vacation. First stop was Rick Steve's Europe through the Back Door where we rented a Spain/Portugal video to prepare for our trip. After this we had a yummy lunch downtown with the best Tomato Bisque soup we'd ever had. From here we walked down to the sound and enjoyed the beautiful view. We spent the evening watching the Spain video and narrowing down our destinations. It was fabulous spending time with Dan on his Spring Break!!
